Do I need to already own a domain name? +
No — for the Single Landing Page plan, your domain and hosting are covered in the annual fee, registered under our own account for that first year. The domain transfers into your name after a year of renewal, and the renewal price can change depending on what that domain costs to register or renew. For E-Commerce or a Custom Web Application, we'll sort out hosting and domain registration together with you during discovery.
How long does a build take? +
It depends on scope — a single landing page is the fastest turnaround, while a full e-commerce store or custom web application takes longer since it goes through the same five-step process properly: discovery, design, build, testing, launch. You'll get a real timeline once we understand what you need.
What happens after launch — do I own it? +
You get a documented handover of your own code, not a black box, if you ever need it. Hosting stays on our own account as part of the plan rather than something you get direct access to, and your domain transfers into your name after a year of renewal — with the renewal price able to change depending on what that domain costs to register or renew.
Can I start small and upgrade later? +
